About the Tour

If your question is about details of the experience that you booked already (meeting point or special requirement etc.), please reach out directly to the tour operator. Their information will be provided on your voucher. They are the expert in their product and will be able to answer all your questions. You will find their phone number on your voucher. 

About Payment

Please allow up to 24 hours from the time of your inquiry for a response, Monday through Friday.

Most cancellation policies honor a full refund if you cancel your tour within 24 hours of start time. Please check the tour information for the operator's cancellation policy before booking. To cancel the booking, please contact bookings@holibob.tech.

We do not support booking amendments. You will need to cancel and rebook your tour.
